The City of Gladstone is preparing to launch a new online payment system. At this time, we ask customers to please hold off on creating an account through the current payment website. Additional information and instructions will be shared as soon as they become available.

During A Water Emergency
A water emergency is defined as a sudden loss of pressure, no water, dirty or rusty colored water.

During water emergencies, it is possible that all phone lines will be full as we communicate with other residents. Please leave a message with your name, address and a discription of your water pressure and or color. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
